As a buyer in this market, we understand that it can be frustrating to find the right aircraft and deal. We are here to help with our buyer agent servies.
As a buyer you will receive detailed pictures from the aircraft location, with comments and initial findings usually within a 24 hr period.

Aircraft Buyer Agent Service:
As a aircraft buyer agent by providing following services and answers to:
Travel for you.
Visually inspection of aircraft you are interested in
Review logs / documentation.
Research any history on aircraft
Digital photos which can be sent within hours.
Review repairs and associated paperwork.
Review mods documentation and completion.
Values of mods on aircraft.
Review possible corrections of documentation.
Making offers on aircraft on buyers behalf.
Preparation of offers and contracts, representing Clients best interests.
Assistance in arranging the pre-purchase inspection by qualified facility, mechanic I/A.
Assist in ensuring all equipment functioning correctly.
Provide easy to read report on documentation and aircraft appearance.
Help with export of aircraft as necessary.
Buyers Agent:
Due to the fact Clear Sky Partners starts to work immediately on the documentation research on your behalf, we do charge a non refundable deposit. You will receive a back up hard copy and digital copy of all documentation and photos of potential aircraft. The documentation we provide will add value to your aircraft. This documentation will make it easy for you to make an educated decision.
This deposit is credited toward the aircraft buyers agent fee.1 day fee will also be credited back upon a successful purchase of an aircraft.
Some fees negotiable / wave-able, if necessary documents are complete and available.
Basic Fees:
Our minimum buyer agent fee is $3,000. We charge 7% of the selling price for aircraft with a selling price up to $300,000 . For selling prices $300,000-600,000 6%, of the selling price and for aircraft from $600,000 - $1,000,000, 5% of the selling price. For sales above $1,000,000, 4%. Brokerage fee is based on aircraft in good working order and no damage history. An additional fee of 1% will be applied to all aircraft with damage history. Plus expenses.
